Attaching documents to a removal record	Allows users to attach documents to removals
Black and white bulk updates	Allows users to bulk update black and white lists
Black and white list dashboard	Allows users access to the Black and White list dashboard
CCTV	Gives users access to update CCTV Cameras
Challenges	Allows users to be assigned to this queue
Charge Certificate	Allows users to be assigned to this queue
Check in / out of the pound	Allows users to check vehicles in and out of the pound
Clerical	Allows users to create internal notes
Closed Tickets	Allows users to be assigned to this queue
Correspondence	Allows users access to the correspondence module
Correspondence administrators	Allows users to assign PCNs manually, and to change queue assignments
Create HHT PCN facsimile	Allows users to create HHT facsimilies
DVLA Mismatch	Allows users access to the DVLA mismatch queue

Resend Letters	Allows users the ability to resent letters
Returned Post	Allows users the ability to access returned post correspondence
Ticket Offers	Allows users the ablity to create an offer on a PCN
Ticket processors	This permission group is needed for the 'More' section of the PCN actions, so for offer and payment
Ticket VQ4	Allows users the ability to request a VQ4
TOL	Allows users to be assigned to this queue
